Our family-run building has a few apartments which we personally take care of with great passion. The strategic position makes it an ideal place for those traveling for work or tourism, perfect for those traveling by train and also for those traveling by car.
We are in fact a few steps from Prato Porta al Serraglio station, also served by a convenient covered car park. In the center, with all services at hand. The building that has belonged to our family for generations is constantly evolving. We have renovated and created apartments designed to make the stay of those who occupy them pleasant and comfortable, trying to offer those little attentions that you expect to find in a home.

The city of Prato is:
History:
The characteristic historic center of medieval origin, with its tower-houses with buildings such as Palazzo Pretorio which hosts interesting exhibitions, the Emperor's Castle, imposing and scenic, the numerous churches, primarily the Duomo, recently restored which hides the frescoes by Lippi, houses the Sacred Belt of the Madonna., highlights its pulpit sculpted by Donatello and Michelozzo.
Art:
the Pecci Center, dedicated to modern art, unique in its kind, and the equally interesting Textile Museum which was born in a suggestive location such as the former Campolmi factory, in which spaces art and culture are celebrated through numerous events.
Culture:
University life: Prato is the seat of one of the branches of the University of Florence, one of the most important centers on an international level. In addition to this, there are various campuses of international universities which make the city full of a young intercultural community.
Work and business: the Macrolotto industrial area is a must for those who trade in the textile and clothing sector.Nightlife:
The food, the many clubs, the events dedicated to concerts, parties in the square that make it a lively and cool city!

Information and general conditions
- Prices are in Euros per day for the indicated occupancy and for a minimum stay of two nights with a maximum of 28 nights.
- The booked apartment cannot be occupied by a greater number of people (including infants) than indicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment and in the common areas and/or throwing cigarette butts out of the windows and balconies.
- It is not permitted to move objects, equipment and kitchen equipment outside the apartment.
- Access to the apartments and use of all services is granted only to guests of the structure.
- By prior arrangement we accept cats and dogs, we only ask that they are not left alone in the apartment. The daily rate is €10.00.
- Payment of the accommodation bill must be made by the day of check-in.
- It is very important for us that you carry out separate waste collection, by the way please read the information sheet that you will find in the apartment.
The service includes:
- Weekly change of bedroom, kitchen and bathroom linen.
- Final cleaning.
- Wifi connection.
- Capsule coffee machine with the possibility of purchasing capsules at the reception.
Supplements:
- The municipal tourist tax of €0.50 per person per day for guests aged 6 and over will be added to the prices due. The tourist tax is paid upon arrival and is specified on the receipt of the stay with its own wording.
Arrivals and departures:
- The apartments are reserved from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
Reservation and deposit:
- The reservation is considered binding after the agreed deposit has been credited and our written confirmation.
- The deposit must be sent as acceptance of the reservation by bank transfer:

Terms of payment:
Please pay the balance on the day of arrival via:
- Credit card (no Diners and American Express)
- Bank transfer (in this case the balance must be credited before your arrival)
- Cash for total amounts of your stay less than €5,000.00. For higher amounts or for the difference, the balance must be paid by credit card or advance bank transfer.
Conditions in case of cancellation:
(pursuant to Part III, title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Consumer Code): Unforeseen events can always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties. Pursuant to the Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal. We do not refund the deposit paid.
